2. What we collect
When you place an order:
- Name
- Email address
- Shipping and billing address
- Phone number, if you give one
- Personalization text you submit
- Order details
We do not collect or store your card or bank details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider.
When you visit the site:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring website
3. Why we use it
- To make and ship your order
- To contact you about your order
- To answer your questions
- To handle returns and refunds
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To send marketing emails, only if you asked for them
4. Legal basis
We process your data to perform the contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, and with your consent where required, for example marketing emails and non-essential cookies.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with:
- Payment providers, to take payment
- Barid Al-Maghrib and destination postal services, to deliver your order
- Hosting provider, which stores the site and its database
- Analytics and advertising providers, such as Google and Meta, which may collect site usage data
- Authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers are outside Morocco. When your data is transferred abroad, we use providers that apply recognised protection standards.
7. How long we keep it
- Order records: 10 years, for accounting and tax
- Email marketing data: until you unsubscribe
- Site analytics: usually up to 26 months
- Support emails: 2 years
8. Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and measure advertising.
Essential cookies are needed for the site to function. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may stop working.

- Ask us to delete your data, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including data portability and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Moroccan residents may also contact the CNDP, the national data protection commission.
10. Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Security
The site uses SSL encryption. Access to order data is limited to Hicham Benali. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
